Double Meals

A pork loin sub (two pork loins) with peppers and onions and rice was not enough. I did it again, second time with just one pork loin. Then a 7-Select Cold Pressed Juice with pretzels. Still hungry, but trying to stick to water now. Being a friend of food does not mean food is always my friend.

Wrong Place, Wrong Face, Wrong Space

Embrace. That's what's missing and instead, it's stuff face, fill space, and displace way too much space. Too much of the food is spilling into the daily blog, so this blog fell silent for some time. While it did, I was eating foolishly, not for hunger and not even for pleasure, but for compulsion and instant oral gratification in spite of the discomfort and pain and damage it caused. Maybe it is waking up now. Maybe I am waking up now. Though tonight, well, a pound of spaghetti covered in lite oil spread, fat free cream cheese, ketchup, and a little tomato sauce (nothing little about the other stuff) followed by four chicken breasts, well, tat is totally not waking up to the bloat it brought on that I am feeling right now. Some coffee. There's chocolate mousse in the fridge. Can you feel it?

Three Protein Drinks, 360 Calories

That's all for today. The decision was made. In spite of the voices telling me nobody cares so why should I and the food addict craving so many thing, the decision was made. The body helped a lot. You can read the poop elsewhere, if you want to. Tomorrow, who knows, but today, 360 calories in three protein drinks and early to bed and food, I love ya but, not today. You don't need to see pictures of those containers again, right? lol.
