Distractions are keeping me from coming to the computer to write when I feel like it, so I'll need to find other ways of tracking life here. Maybe today was he turkey and cheese sandwich. maybe I did it twice. Definitely had protein drinks. Some chocolates people brought in at work. Not a whole lot of calories, but not a few hundred either. Maintaining the sub-500 calories days mid-week has been challenging since mid-November. Refocus and find other ways.
