Flounder

Tree flounder filets. First, spray the rectangular pyrex cookware with vegetable oil spray, then add dehydrated onions, then spinach, then spices, then some shredded dried parmesan cheese, then half a can of cream of mushroom soup, spread the spinach and soup. Then three founder filets on top of the soup. More spices. Then a can of cheddar cheese soup smoothed around to cover all the fish. I forget what else, but after baking for half an hour covered with aluminum foil, four slices of fat free American cheese and bake 5 minutes more and yum.
