More Mush Plus

I added raisin and date oatmeal and dehydrated onions to thicken the mush. Cookies and chocolate at work. Ten fish sticks after midnight. Probably ate something else too, but I forget. Protein drinks during the day. Six hot chocolates, or was that last night? No, I think I had three last night and six tonight. All the extra carbs and solids. This week, the diet is not what the digestive system needs, but emo eating is happening.
