There are none, Italian Buffets, that is, in this area. There is something called an Italian Buffet in the tourist zone, but it is seriously minimal. There is another about an hour away that has mixed reviews online. So I made one of my own, though not from scratch (remember where I live). Frozen stuff, but with extra cheese, still very yum. Stouffer's Five Cheese Lasagna, Stouffer's Meat Lover's Lasagna, Stouffer's Manicotti, Celentano Eggplant Parmigiana, Digiorno Think & Crispy Pepperoni & Peppers Pizza, Rosina Artisan Tuscany-Style Veal Meatballs, Rosina Artisan Smokey Maple Bacon Meatballs. Appetizer was Seapak Shrimp Spring Rolls with extra shrimp and smoked trout spread. Dessert was Chocolate Chip Sandwich cookies, Marketside Chocolaate Mousse, Marketside Chocolate Cream Pie.
