Forgetting to come here and record what I eat, forgetting what I eat, must have been something decadent. Wait, it's coming back to me. Soup, Mushroom. Fish, flounder. Ham, 97% fat-free. A half dozen shrimp. Assorted spices (garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, and especially dehydrated onions). Asparagus. Delicious, nutritious, and not high calories. No photos, so use your imagination.
