Fish Casserole

Flounder in a casserole sauce. Cheddar Cheese soup, assorted other soupy flavors, liquid egg whites, spices, cheeses, a touch of ketchup, and I just don't feel like remembering all of the ingredients, but it was interesting and yummy.
