With minor variations, a similar cheese sauce with all of yesterday's ingredients plus some cream of mushroom soup and some onion soup. Liguid egg whites, fried with spice (the bacon and bacon cheese spices figure prominently in my cheese sauces lately) and slices of fat-free American cheese (they didn't have the fat-free cheddar in my last shopping trip). Loving my sauces lately, even from cans and with the fat-free products. I wonder if the new roommate will want to share my diet lol. We did talk about sharing food costs. Time will tell, but I absolutely must resist returning to the higher calorie diet he and most people consume. I'm very happy with my cheese sauces most of the time. Fresher food would be a good thing though.
