Chinese Buffet, Again

The Altamonte buffet, Hoy Wan, second best only to Crazy. Sushi, many ways, shishami (tuna, mackeral, salmon) with sauces (spicy mayo, eel, hot honey mustard, soy, teriyaki, duck and tarter sauces), shrimps (salt and pepper, coconut, fried), assorted veggies in assorted set and meat sauces (eggplant, whole string beans, mushrooms, broccoli), roast duck, fried squid and octopus, barbecued spare ribs, smoked sausage, crab rangoons in hot and sour soup with sweet added and more.
