The U.S. style buffet is basically meat and potatoes and fried foods and some salad. It is not my favorite, but Helen wanted to go and I went and stuffed myself. Much mac n cheese, bbq ribs, but also lots of veggies and a big salad. Chocolate Mousse pie, peanut butter pie, vanilla and chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and a bit of banana pudding for dessert. The scale is not my friend, but food is so yummy.
