Soup and Omelette

Three cans of soup and a frankfurter made the sauce/soup. Egg whites, mayo, and onion dressing made the omelette with shrimp, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese on top. All fat free, by the way. Except for the cup of mac n cheese, oops. A couple of protein shakes and water for fluids. Still probably 1500 calories or so, but that's all for the day. Since movement was minimal, way more than enough. By canned/packaged food standards, everything was delicious and the foodie was very satisfied. Where were you? :)
