I didn't go extreme low calories, but I am certain I kept them under 1000 today. Three 100 calorie protein drinks, a sandwich with three slices of 40 calorie bread reduced to 30 calories by taking off all the crusts with two slices of fat free turkey and two slices of 97% fate free ham and two slices of fat free cheese and some mayo and onion dressing, then another half dozen fat free turkey slices with fat free mayo then finally a fat free cream cheese sandwich on about 25 calorie sliced whole wheat bread because much of the crust was removed because the bread was moldy and I finally looked close enough to find that out for a midnight snack.
