Pizza, Sort Of

Not Frozen Walmart Pizza, thin crust, bacon loaded, with aboyt 12 ounces of extra fat-free mozzarella added on top. The trouble with fat-free cheese is, in spite of all the bacon supposedly on the pizza, it was dry. Not overcooked, as the crust was soft and not crispy and the edges were not burnt. It tasted good, just dry cheese. A little too much like jerky-texture for me. Not enough sauce didn't help and if I try it again I will try adding sauce under the added cheese to see if that might help. A certain chocolate ice cream found it's way into the meal plan as well, again.
