Pizza and Eggplant Parmesan

Here's my way of giving thanks this year. My kind of food. There are ways to make frozen foods look and taste delicious. It requires removing the toppings, partial cooking, removing from the oven and adding cheeses with a bit of cooking oil sprayed on, cooking some more, removing from the oven again and putting more cheese, spraying a bit more oil, and then adding the toppings. Cooking at careful temperatures and monitoring the crust on a tray and on a wrap to insure the desired crispiness without burning. Sure, made from scratch is better, but that requires a clean kitchen. Soon. :)

Chocolate milk and the latest favorite ice cream for dessert. Meals for two or three days.
