The fatigue felt after two softball games and minimal calories for the past few days lead me to shop for more food (lots of shrimp, flounder, tuna, fishsticks (cod, under 300 calories per serving), thin single pepperoni pizzas (under 300 calories per serving), yogurt, cauliflower rice, asparagus, and mac n cheese cups (under 300 calories per serving). So tonight I ate a semi-balanced balanced dinner (missing greens, but vitamins substituted). A mini-pizza and a bowl of shrimp, cauliflower rice, onions, and assorted spices (garlic, Lawry's, Adobe, salt, onion dressing, BBQ sauce, and canola oil spray).
