Spinach Casserole II

So today was a similar mixture as yesterday. Spinach, broccoli, dried onions, cream of celery soup, chicken today instead of pork, a teaspoon of mayo, liquid smoke, garlic, salt, once again all microwaved, naturally. You remember the recipe, right? The dried onions go in with a lot of frozen broccoli on top. That’s microwaved for about 10 minutes. Maybe a little less. Then spices (garlic, salt, seasoning salt), spinach, the chicken, liquid smoke and more spices, and the soup. I ate half the amount that I yesterday and the day was filled out with three protein drinks, 100 calories each. I resisted food and snacks at a party tonight. I’ll need to do the same tomorrow. And then comes a week of eating in restaurants in another city playing ball. The scale says read 179.4. It may be higher tomorrow with the solid restaurant food. See the body blog for more details.
