Veggies

Another day of just protein drinks, almost. Three 100 calorie protein drinks for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. Dinner was a can of corn, creamed spinach (made with a can of spinach, a can of cream of mushroom soup, chopped onions, a tablespoon of mayo, spices), and two more 100 calorie protein drinks. So the day comes in around 1000 calories.
