Shrimp, Onions, Cheese Omelet

Or is it a pan quiche? Whatever we call it, it was so very delicious. Shrimp, Onions, Cheese, and a chopped up 45 calorie all beef frank with additional spices for flavor. Best estimate is between 600-800 calories. Nine wings and a salad for lunch. Four protein drinks at softball practice (3 full hours) and with yesterday's game followed by the gym, all these extra calories should be fine. More calories, especially sugars, complex carbs, and fats, than I had in any weekend in three months. Quite a weekend of solid food. I ate pork, pasta, wings, eggs, and more this weekend. Actual solid foods. Two huge deposits in the porcelain pool (not recommended for swimming, even if it was big enough). Oh wait, that should probably not be part of the food blog, but until the body blog wakes. Narf :)
