Pulled Pork, Onions & Peppers

Two protein drinks for lunch, 320 calories. Two cans of pulled pork for dinner mixed with peppers, onions, sweet baby rays barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, spices... I think that's it. The frozen onions and peppers were microwaved for about 20 minutes in a glass bowl sprayed with canola oil. The spices mentioned above were mixed in with the onions and peppers and the were nuked another five minutes. Then, two canned of pulled pork were added and condiments mentioned above were mixed in. That cooked for 5 minutes and then stirred. Then four slices of fat free cheese were layered within the mixture and another nuking for 5 minutes. About 900 calories, maybe a thousand.

Might not sound great, but it was delicious.
