Protein Drinks & a Bit of Omelette

That's it, a couple of protein drinks and a small bit of leftover omelette (and three chocolate chip cookies, dangit, ohhhh, but they were sooooo good). The body will adjust and drop the weight I put back on and the food addict will adjust and sleep through the emptiness. The digestive system is all wonky anyway, so it will be a good week to be strict.

I still love food, now more than ever, even if it not my friend today.
