Creamed Spinach & Chicken

Yes, the recipe changes slightly, but remains similarly the same as last time. I added a can of chicken and six slices of fat free cheese this time. Breakfast and lunch was one 100 calorie protein drink, so the dinner was about 900 calories plus two 100 protein drinks, s a low cal day, not a hard core weight loss day. Tomorrow morning will be a serious workuut again and I didn't want to go into it on empty this week. The photo is prettier than the meal I made, but mine was delicious.
