Most of this week that past, in fact, more and more strictly for the past month, longer, even, I've been cutting my calorie intake down. The past week I may have hit 1000 calories a few days, maybe. Health reasons finally motivated me to drop weight and unfortunately for posterity (and medical science), I stopped writing in this blog just a week or so before the will power started finding strength again. Maybe I'll catch up in the body blog, but let's celebrate losing almost 30 pounds and continue.
