Yes, I splurged on a full three plate buffet with a fourth late for dessert. I stayed with protein and veggies, though cooked with more oil and than I've had in most days and more sugars than I've had in a long time. I'll will watch calories this week. Another month of strict calorie reduction most days and I just may need a new wardrobe. I'll lament about why that's a bad move (pun intended) elsewhere.
