Shrimp, Clams, & Rice

Tonight, dinner was made from two bags of rice (four cheese and butter & garlic), a bag of shrimp (about 12 ounces), two cans of clams (you've seen the pics before), some butter, Alfredo sauce, garlic, salt, and two slices of cheese. Then some pretzels and chocolate milk, from syrup and powder. Home cooking in one bowl in the microwave. Living like a first world refugee lol, sigh. But delicious and healthier than the fast food madness.
