Shrimp and Rice & Leftovers, Then Oatlmeal

Foolish games, these are. Not eating all day, then huge meals, a bad habit I slipped back into. I drank two 30g protein chocolate drinks before and after softball and got back here almost 10pm and had my first meal of the day. I added rice and shrimp to leftover franks and beans and onions and peppers and after a big bowl of the stuff, I ate two packets of dark chocolate almond instant oatmeal.
