Light, Then Pasta

Dinner was two cans of chickn with some mayo, peppers, onions, garlic, salt, and a can of chicken alfredo. If I stopped there, I'd have been wise. A couple of hours after that, waking from a nap and smelling pasta and butter, I cooked up a big bowl of rotini and lots of butter, a touch of ketchup, and four slices of Velveeta. Bloat, but yum.
