Yes, the Chinese Buffet, the good one, and Helen (evil foodie partner), dragged me down the math of weakness and decadence today. Please don't stop the exercise, whatever part of me controls that behavior, because the foodie part of my brain went on a warpath tonight and oh, how yummy it was.
