Chicken, Pasta, Shrimp, Cheese, Yogurt

I know, cheese is not good for the gut when the gut is out of sorts. The yogurt was for the probiotics. The cheese was to give more substance to the spaghetti. The spaghetti was to heat up the shrimp. All of that was the second meal after two cans of chicken and a can of spaghettios. Two cans of ginger ale. I ran out of probiotic drink yesterday and sure enough, relapse. So I stuff myself with food. Now, we wait for the explosion.
