Insanity

By definition, it is illogical, irrational, and most often damaging, I think. Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is one form. Eating too many calories and becoming unhealthy is another form. This week was insane. Much spaghetti with excessive fats, salts, carbs, and more in the sauces. I may not return to each day since I let the days pass without coming here to record the consumption, but consumption is still a cause of death, even though it may seldom be noted on a form anymore. Today... Sweet Tomatoes seems like a healthy alternative, but once the plate (or two) is piled on with the various salads and dressings and then the soups and breads and pastas and desserts are explored, it is probably more calories than eating proteins like shrimp and veggies at the Chinese buffet. After that, I bought five Hot Pockets and drank a quart of whole milk chocolate milk, then ate six prunes and drank some Gatorade. Bloat is extreme.
